Most of our boots run true to size, but we recommend checking the specific size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for our Original Tall and Short boots.
What is the best way to clean and maintain my rubber boots?
To keep your boots in top condition, wipe them with lukewarm, soapy water after use. For a restored shine, use our Hunter Boot Buffer or Boot Shine to remove any 'blooming'—a natural process where white wax particles appear on the rubber.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days, and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free standard shipping available on orders over a certain threshold.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the boots are clean and the tags are still attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Do Hunter boots come with a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear comes with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
Are Hunter boots suitable for extreme winter weather?
Our Original boots are water-resistant and great for rain, but for freezing temperatures, we recommend our Insulated or Snow Boot collections, which are rated for temperatures as low as -22°F (-30°C).
