We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hunter purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn boots or accessories in their original Hunter box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
